Suntan Ease

Do you know the formula for a great suntan? I never tanned as well after age eight until I tried this particular pill. 

First I tried a beta carotene product from California for a bargain of $15 for a trial sample. When I got the pills there was additional information. Wait until you hear this! YOU should take multiple pills let's say 8 a day every day for fourteen days and then 4 every day thereafter until you are as dark as you like, at this point you can take six pills about two days a week unless your tan fades at which you take 6 pills every day again and so on. There may be 100 pills in a bottle so at 8 per day one bottle should almost get a tan for you in two weeks minus the bottle is about 1 and 1/2 days short. Now, listen to this ~ this only applies to people who weight 100 pounds or less! Ho,ho, I am so glad that I got the bargain rate, anyway, over this weight you should take half again or one and one half times the original dose intended for small, petite (or anorexic) people. They are going to cost about $69 at regular price for a "so called" 4 month supply, 300 or 400 pills and since I weigh over 100 pounds (just barely I am anorexic) I will need half again this many pills. Also, the color is very slight but you will get used to it and it will enhance any natural tan you happen to get. These aren't very good.

200 milligrams of l-arginine
2 milligrams of copper
200 milligrams of PABA
@ twice a day when out in the sun
They really work. In one hour I get a tan and I am freckled, which didn't matter. I got a fair tan and if I gave it two hours I looked like a Malibu Barbie.Update!!  This gave wrinkles after the end of summer.

Choice # II
Tan midday for 20 -38 minutes with sunscreen on nose, chest (above bra line and in cleavage) shoulders, lips and tips of ears. After 15 or 20 minutes apply sunscreen to forehead. Medium tan sans wrinkles, actually less wrinkled with a multi-vitamin containing biotin.
