Eat Like a Fat Person -- Lose Weight

I had this idea while I was piling a meal together.

Into a bowl, toss mango, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, lettuce and baby carrots, about 5 to 6 of these. Walmart frozen mixed fruits has this fruit mixture in the freezer section as far as the fruit goes. I put more pineapple in this, and 5 ounces of cottage cheese (1/3rd cup). Put a generous amount of the lettuce, as like a fat person |would| into the bowl.

Gather up some (maybe 2 TB.) calorie reduced Thousand Island dressing, sweeten it up a little further with some artificial sweetener, about one pkg. of 2 tsp. size equivalence will be good.

Now, if this isn't rich enough, and it really isn't, add on the textured vegetable bacon bits. I'm thinking the bits complement the fruit nicely.

Recipe:
Frozen Mango, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, a heaped cup {all you want}
 lettuce and baby carrots, about 5 to 6 {all you want}
5 ounces of cottage cheese (1/3rd cup)
2 TB.) calorie reduced Thousand Island dressing).
artificial sweetener, about one pkg. of 2 tsp. size equivalence
Textured vegetable bacon bits. 1 TB.
