I had this idea while I was piling a meal together.
Into a bowl, toss mango, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, lettuce and baby carrots, about 5 to 6 of these. Walmart frozen mixed fruits has this fruit mixture in the freezer section as far as the fruit goes. I put more pineapple in this, and 5 ounces of cottage cheese (1/3rd cup). Put a generous amount of the lettuce, as like a fat person |would| into the bowl.
Gather up some (maybe 2 TB.) calorie reduced Thousand Island dressing, sweeten it up a little further with some artificial sweetener, about one pkg. of 2 tsp. size equivalence will be good.
Now, if this isn't rich enough, and it really isn't, add on the textured vegetable bacon bits. I'm thinking the bits complement the fruit nicely.
Recipe:
Frozen Mango, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, a heaped cup {all you want}
lettuce and baby carrots, about 5 to 6 {all you want}
5 ounces of cottage cheese (1/3rd cup)
2 TB.) calorie reduced Thousand Island dressing).
artificial sweetener, about one pkg. of 2 tsp. size equivalence
Textured vegetable bacon bits. 1 TB.
It was verry, good. 4.5 WW Smart Points

Kat Hat 2
This is a variegated and richly colored boggin'with an added stripe of aran cream yarn.

The pom-poms are worked over a standard iphone 2.5 by 6 inches approximately, the 2 inch direction, until as plump as you prefer, tied, and then sewn on with a plastic large eye yarn needle.
It takes one and a half skeins of multi-colored yarn, size 7 US circular knitting needles, and a complimenting off white shade of aran yarn.
Cast on 60, work in 2x2 rib for 3 to 4 inches, switch into stockinette for 2 to 3 inches before implementing the off white stripe. Make this stripe roughly 1 1/4 inches, before topping the boggin'off with the variegated yarn for 1 1/2 inches more.
At this point begin the decreasing 8-10 stitches per row until you have only sixteen stitches remaining. Here is where you bind off to leave an opening for hair! You can use the hat for ponytails.

No Offense to Walmart/KMart or Sears
I find it interesting how massive companies sell, barter and re-buy their items especially the clothing or the grocery products.
This company is "Kellwood" and it has bought many brands over time as the Parent company. This company deals most in Junior Missy apparel and if you are a woman or amother you know how important clothing can be to someones personal satisfaction or happiness.
Electronics including the cell phone monopoly, furnishings and outdoor gear may be what interests more people but I like to be aware of who supports the everyday persons wardrobe supply.
