Birthday Cake

A little white cake. Pillsbury Plus White Cake, Pillsbury Funfetti Stars n Stripes White Confetti Frosting to which 2/3 has blue food coloring added. A star tip, a plastic bag with a small snip out of the corner. Put the last of the vanilla icing in the baggy and with the star tip pipe around the lower section and near the top turning the cake while drawing the line which will simply have parallel lines over the top of it, and, then, make some flowers by pressing the frosting through the star tip very near the sides of the cake , and, then, pressing inward slightly and quickly back with a slight twist-- this should make a flower like imprint which you might want to refer to as a windmill shape or a star shape. Experiment with ovenproof bowls and pans for the shape of the cake itself.
