How to Quit?

1. Don't rush. Don't mind if it takes two or three or even four years to accomplish.
2. Continue to smoke some but use a nicotine removing product at all times.
   2b. Live it up and smoke brands that are exciting this is your last smoking venture before you hang it    up and live better.
3. Nicorette. (regular flavor as it seems like real tobacco the best)
      3b. Live it up and try some cigarellos (cigars) between the gum, just smoke far less than you used      to.
4. Nourishment--vitamin supplements for your favorite ailment, like Niacin for cholesterol, Biotin for beauty, B6 for cellulite control, multi-vitamins for weight loss like one-a-day, gumie vitamins with zinc for colds--study, experiment.
5. Raw vegetables such as whole tomatoes, cucumbers, slaw, edamame ... .
6. Popsicles and ice.


Nicotine removing products include lava packed cartridges and filter tips. These typically last through several or a few cigarettes each.

Learn to collect ice trays in interesting shapes and make extra ice. Store it in a plastic cookie jar in the freezer. The trays can be used to make fruit drink ice cubes to spice up your beverages.

Make your own pudding frozen treats with boxed instant pudding. For a four serving pack use 3 cups of milk instead of two and for 6 servings use 4.5-5 cups of milk at least 1% fat is just right for this. This makes plenty of low calorie low fat treats for your money.
