I am going to Post a WorkBasket Sweater

I have a crocheted sweater with adorable long fringe that I used a workbasket pattern for. I  used black sparkle yarn, I believe it's a Herschnerr's color and yarn. It will take about 5 regular skiens or 2 1 lb skeins of worsted weight yarn and H-J crochet hooks. It has a ribbed hem with crocket edging around the neck and large fringes down the front.

Here is a fun page of older fashions, yet by blending a more modern fiber and color palette you won't look dated by spinning off from the patterns.

Sourced from eBay.
This photo is like my sweater but my sweater is closed in the front with cuff ribbing at the ends of the sleeves. It is a little dressy. This sells for $5000 on eBay!
Pictures of mine and helpful instructions coming soon. Sweater requires no knitting and no embellishments such as buttons, snaps or ribbon. Entirely yarn and crochet.
