Santa Poem
I am going to put them in my sugar free yogurt.
And [they were nestled as a row...
So with a finger to the side of his nose
and a jiggling of his jowls
Santa roared off into the night
among the wolves and their howls

So with a finger to the side of his nose
and a jiggling of his jowls
Santa roared off into the night

Morality and Kindness
Christian or Queer? Are Queer people mean?
The ideal of Christian can be "enjoyed" by different people differently.
God is Good, God is Love, lasts all day-understanding, love, piety, gratitude, peace, ambition --
hope, beauty, energy, art, science.²
God is Powerful, He is punitive, He is Judge-the Critique and Persecutor; lasts til 11 am/ The rest of the day is spent abusing others sexually. Child sex abuse and adult sex abuse, like a godly sport.³
Note: Paragraph 2,² (sound gay but probably isn't) vs. Paragraph 3,³.

Dream Meme
So I now see a 'Meme' a theme, a dream a friends fad that is artsy. A dream of me. It beat [ed] , me what the craze was or is.
Artsy and cultural ? even. I think I'll add to my dictionary.
'activity, concept, catchphrase or piece of media which spreads, often as mimicry, from person to person via the Internet' from Wikipedia.
So, it also spreads via internet. Aha!
I am so happy now to know what these are. When you cast your memes Be Creative.

Good gif = Monster Meme
"Meme" comes from the Greek word "mimema" (meaning "something imitated", American Heritage Dictionary). Dawkins described memes as a being a form of cultural propogation, a way for people to transmit social memories and cultural ideas to each other. Not unlike the way that DNA and life will spread from location to location, a meme idea will also travel from mind to mind. from: http://netforbeginners.about.com/
Memorize, A meme, a dream, a theme that is hot for your mind. Includes poems, videos, especially joke-type, imitative sarcasm and especially those inclusive of a shock value, a favored celebrity quote or funnies.

Adults can consume 4700 milligrams of potassium or slightly less if using drugs to lower their blood pressure, unless you
are told to eat even less than that due to additional conditions such as kidney disease. Forty-seven hundred milligrams is
4.7 grams, move the decimal point over three times from the right to convert milligrams to grams. 4700. to 4. 7 0 0.^ is
three spaces from the right. 5500 millligrams is 5500.^ 5. 5 0 0. = 5.5 grams milligrams/grams/kilos
1000 milligrams (mg) EQUALS 1 gram (g) 1000 grams (g) EQUALS 1 kilogram ( kg)about 2.2 pounds
An easy way to know what foods are about five hundred milligrams is to measure 4 dense [the food is dense/drained] ounces or 8 fluid ounces and look for red and yellow meats and vegetable-fruit foods.
Kidney beans, beets, figs, apricot, avocado, orange juice, mollusk, halibut, tuna, carrot juice, almonds, tomatoes and plain yogurt (8oz)(not red or yellow but filled with potassium) 500 mg.
a normal portion around 4 oz. or-3 heaping Tablespoons, juices [and yogurt] are 8 ounce portions
If you stick to the 500mg portions you can have 9 servings a day approximately. Example of this is: Breakfast: 1 egg, or 1 oz cereal and 1 1/2 strips bacon-500mg, 4-6 oz juice-500mg, =1000mg
Lunch: 2 oz. lunch meat-300mg, 1 cup yogurt or 1 oz. cheese-750mg, 1 tomato-250 mg.=1300mg
Snack: Pudding or apple or ice cream bar [diet versions] -300 mg, or, smoothie-650mg=300-650mg
Dinner: 6 oz. meat poultry or fish-650 mg, 4 oz. heavy veget-500mg, 8 oz. A-vegets-500mg=1650mg
This is without breads, crackers, chips; this is a basic low carb dense nutrient menuof about 1100 cal.and 4.0 to 4.4 grams of potassium.
If you subtract the bacon -100, the snack -200 you have 800 calories super fast diet. If you diet remove two ounces of dinner meat and add one and one-half tablespoons of 40 calorie lite-dressing.
From Wikipedia: A potassium intake sufficient to support life can in general be guaranteed by eating a variety of foods. Foods rich in potassium include yam, parsley, dried apricots, dried milk, chocolate, various nuts (especially almonds and pistachios), potatoes, bamboo shoots, bananas, avocados, coconut water, soybeans, and bran, although it is also present in sufficient quantities in most fruits, vegetables, meat and fish.[74]

Optimal intake[edit]
Epidemiological studies and studies in animals subject to hypertension indicate that diets high in potassium can reduce the risk of hypertension and possibly stroke (by a mechanism independent of blood pressure), and a potassium deficiency combined with an inadequate thiamine intake has produced heart disease in rats.[75] There is some debate regarding the optimal amount of dietary potassium. For example, the 2004 guidelines of the Institute of Medicine specify a DRI of 4,700 mg of potassium (100 mEq), though most Americans consume only half that amount per da
Be sure to get Potassium in your diet.

In the Beginning
In the beginnning God created two men. Adam and Evan. For procreation the men laid eggs, not unlike many other creatures in God's universe. They laid eggs from their anus.
The offspring did not have an insemination like today, instead God and the Holy Spirit (perhaps the same was true of the HOly Mother Mary) manifested the fertile eggs into the mens' large colon and rectum at which the children were laid onto the earth.
The men were amazed by their love for this life which was encased in a fine membrane and fed by a small animal with no eyes (an organ we know today as a placenta). Aware that (true or not) a fine membrane would not endure as a hard shell on other eggs with life they were very concerned for the welfare of this miracle of life being produced.
They decided to create a vessel to carry their 'egg' in the male with the smaller male equipment, Evan. A hole was created in the abdomen of Evan and the egg with its placenta was placed here. As evolution has it, woman was created.
Now this hypothesis resolves some of the question of homosexuality as homosexuality is very common. The first couple was actually of the same gender.

Soda Pop
With the ongoing popularity of beverages or the hydration of oneself, I am beginning to think of some drinks in the wrong classification. Bottled water, flavoring packets, almond milk, mineral water, coconut water, energy drinks, Coke Zero, Pepsi Max, milk [it got so bad I thought this was a soda pop], smoothies, greens juice and many more aquatic formulas keep one in a daze.

Lavender Neck and Arm Warmers
Having made a neck muffler that was too loose-fitting, I decided to fold a section [1 1/2" including the under and over layer-gather 1 1/2" and fold over the base-this appears like a button up opening although it simply slips over your head and neck] and add a large button. Love it. Top and bottom ribs on the neck muffler are 2x2 ribbing. The wrist/arm muffler has large cuffs with 2x2 ribbing and a thumb hole. The neck piece is 9 inches tall and the arm pieces are 12 inches long. The width of the neck piece is about 11"-12" [totalling about 22" in circumference-goes over the head as most heads are 19" [child} to 22"[adult}]. It would possible be a cool obi sash additionally. If I do that I think the button should be anchored with a button hole--It would be 25" unstretched when open and about right to squeeze into I think. I will try this out.
